Montilla graduated from college with honors, earning an associate degree and both a bachelor’s degree and a master of public administration with specialization in criminal justice, human resources and management from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. He also pursued Ph.D. studies in political science with concentration in American Government and Public Policy at the City University of New York’s Graduate School and University Center; and law studies at the East Central University. Alexander Bejaran, Puerto Rico & the U.S. Virgin Islands

Alexander Bejaran nació en San Juan Puerto Rico el 2 de octubre del año 1995. Actualmente, cursa su cuarto año en la Universidad de Puerto Rico en el recinto de Rio Piedras, estudiando Relaciones Internacionales, con una especialización en el Medio Oriente y Asia Central. Durante el termino de agosto a diciembre del 2016 participó del Internado Cordova y Fernos, en el cual tuvo la oportunidad de estar en Washington D.C trabajando en el Comité de Presupuesto de la Cámara de Representantes con el Partido Demócrata.

Gino N. Hernandez, Trenton, NJ

Gino graduated from the Law School of University Autonomous of Santo Domingo in 1993. He moved to the United States in 1999 and since then has been involved in the movement to empower the Dominican and Latinos communities in the City of Trenton.He is former Co-founder and Vice President of the Dominican Association of Mercer County, NJ (2003-2005).

He is also co-founder and advisor for the Colombian Civic Association of Mercer County. His organizational model for the Dominican Association helps also as a guideline for the creation and formation of the Guatemalan Civic Association, and the Costa Rican and Ecuadorian Association.
