Juana Edmond is a life-time community leader and advocate in northern New Jersey and Newark in particular.
Since 1989, she has dedicated a great deal of her time and talent to athletics youth programs and delinquency and school dropout prevention. Her work with youth boxing initiative in Newark is one of her most valued contributions to youth development.
Currently, she works in government as executive assistant to Councilman At Large Luis Quintana, who became the first Latino Mayor of New Jersey’s largest City: Newark.
Ms. Edmond studied at Essex County College in New Jersey.
